Prepare yourself for the awesomeness your about to see. This shoot was one of my favorites last year and I can’t believe I am just now posting it. While setting up the bed for this shoot in the middle of a lake I looked off into the distance and the lake looked as though it was literally rising up into the sky. It took me about a second and a half to realize that this was rain/torrential rain moving at us at a (you better run or) your about to be drenched in two seconds pace. Thomas ran to the bed, grabbed the mattress, and pushed it underneath the truck saving it and this shoot. He got drenched. We waited out the storm and rather quickly it passed and the most dreamy weather followed. The future groom Andrew has been a dear friend of mine for almost ten years now. His future wife Jillian is one of the sweetest/happiest/most optimistic people I’ve ever met. I’m so happy that they found each other because they are truly great together. I’m honored to be documenting their wedding next year in McCall. Okay enough blabbing and onto the story.
This is what love looks like.
